A claim for unlawful deduction of wages

We were instructed by Mr M as he was experiencing problems obtaining payment of his outstanding salary from his employers following his resignation.

What did we do?

We sent a letter before action to our client's employers requesting full reimbursement of our client's outstanding wages and accrued holiday, failing which, we confirmed that we would submit a claim to the employment tribunal.

The employers responded immediately and we were able to secure payment on behalf of our client

Who dealt with the case?
