Access Legal from Shoosmiths is pleased to confirm our capability to produce packs quickly and competitively. Legislation requires that the pack should be available for viewing by the property seller, their estate agent, prospective buyers and their conveyancer.
With the aim of making this process as easy as possible, thinking of the environment, and wishing to avoid producing paper packs of information, we have developed a solution to enable all parties to view HIPs which we produce online.
All parties who we believe are entitled to view the Home Information Pack for a property will be provided with a simple 8 digit password. Entering this password, together with the post code of the property you wish to view the pack for, will enable you to view the status of the HIP. You will also be able to view, and if you so choose print off, the component parts.
