No move, no fee

Our policy on fees is simple: if your transaction doesn't proceed we won't charge you a penny.

We appreciate it would be frustrating to pay for a service for which you receive no benefit. So if your move falls through or you withdraw for any reason prior to exchange of contracts, we won't charge legal fees in relation to your matter. Your only expense will be payments made on your behalf, for example search fees.

Fixed fee guarantee

Our competitive fees are fixed and all-inclusive so that you can budget with confidence. We will not charge any extra if we meet problems or complications in the conventional conveyancing process.

At the start of your transaction we will provide you with a fixed quote and we guarantee you will not pay a penny more.

Extended opening hours

When you need us we'll be there for you. Our hours of business are designed to compliment your busy lifestyle. You can reach us seven days a week and weekday evenings by phone, fax, email or post.

In fact, we only close on Christmas Day, Easter Sunday and Bank Holidays.

No need to visit our offices

Our service is designed to suit your needs. You'll not have to take time out of your busy schedule to attend our offices to receive advice or sign documents. We'll keep you fully updated by phone, email, fax, and post.

And when you call us, you'll come straight through to your dedicated team. We don't use call centre phone systems to manage your enquiries, and welcome inbound calls.

You'll also be given access to our online milestones update service 24/7, so you can check when key events have taken place.

Location, location, location

Location is no obstacle. We can act for you wherever you live in England and Wales.

We will appoint a conveyancer and a case handler as your dedicated team to look after your move from start to finish. You'll always deal with the same team and will never be passed from pillar to post.
