Kate specialises in dealing with industrial disease claims including noise induced hearing loss, occupational asthma, and asbestos related claims. She has expertise in dealing with multiple defendant claims and those where the former employer is no longer trading.
In addition, Kate spent a number of years working within the Poly Implant Prothèse (PIP) Breast Implant Group Litigation, dealing with a varying range of over 600 Clients and settling claims involving the often complex injuries and losses sustained as a result of the faulty breast implants.
Kate also has with a diverse range of personal injury cases, including complex accidents at work or in public places, in addition to serious road traffic accidents and uninsured driver claims (MIB).
Kate was previously the President of the North Staffordshire Junior Lawyers Division.
In her spare time, Kate enjoys running, travelling and snowboarding.
